Before immersing yourself in reading my review on Vert Shock, it would be best for you to know who I am, where I got my inspiration from, and how Vert Shock has significantly helped me improve my vertical jumping, and helped me become a better Basketball player.
I am Jacob Turner and I used to run hoops a lot until I got a tendon injury right above my knee. This injury kept me from playing competitively and it prevented me from entering my old high school varsity team. This dampened my spirits and it made me believe that I cannot and will not ever bounce back to my old physique. Until I came across the Vert Shock Program. One of my basketball buddies introduced it to me and told me that it might be the key to regain my vertical leap. I asked my rehab doctor and he told me that my tendon has fully healed and he would not have any issues with me doing an intense physical workout. He even added that I might just be able to overcome my mental trauma.
I started the program with a little hesitation but after a week of doing the Pre-Shock Phase, I was able to increase my then vertical leap from 15 inches to 18 inches. Now that I have gone through the entire 8-week program and I have fully regained my vertical leap. I proudly say that I can now jump as high as 25 inches. I am trying to get back on the basketball track not as a player but as a trainer for the out-of-school youth in my area.
